At Connected Young Minds Psychology, we are dedicated to fostering the mental wellbeing of children and teenagers. We provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people and their parents, helping them thrive and develop resilience.

Kylie is a Registered Psychologist with a depth of knowledge in supporting children, adolescents, and their parents from extensive experience working in schools and private practice settings. Kylie has a genuine interest in equipping young people and their parents with strategies and skills to help them navigate anxiety, depression, academic stress, high achieving environments, perfectionism, social difficulties, low self esteem, and emotional regulation. Kylie’s engaging, empathetic nature and compassionate approach help young people and their parents feel supported, valued and empowered to make positive changes. She is passionate about identifying a child’s unique strengths and working collaboratively with them to find solutions to the difficulties they are facing. Kylie integrates a range of evidence-based practices to tailor a therapeutic approach to meet each child’s specific needs.
Kylie provides supervision for school counsellors, provisional psychologists, and registered psychologists, offering both practical guidance for therapy and a space for reflective practice. Kylie aims to create a supportive environment that encourages professional growth, strengthens clinical skills, and fosters client engagement. With extensive experience in child and adolescent development and a background spanning public education and private practice, Kylie brings a strong understanding of the issues facing young people. Each supervision session is tailored to individual needs, with a focus on reflective practice and developing creative approaches to client work.
Kylie is an engaging and practical presenter who offers workshops and training for parents, educators, and psychologists. She draws on evidence based approaches and translates them into everyday strategies that can be used with children, young people, and families. Her presentations cover a wide range of areas from managing anxiety and supporting emotional wellbeing to parenting, resilience, and therapy tools for psychologists. Kylie always tailors her presentations to the needs of the audience. Contact Connected Young Minds Psychology to discuss how a presentation can be shaped to suit your group.
